Regular maintenance is essential to keep your fatbike performing at its best. Proper and timely servicing prevents unnecessary wear, extends the lifespan of your components, and ensures you get the maximum performance from your battery*.

Maintenance is based on mileage or time interval — whichever comes first.

Fatbike Maintenance Intervals

Your fatbike requires service at fixed intervals based on kilometers ridden or time passed.

Important:

If you reach the mileage earlier than the suggested time interval, maintenance must be performed sooner.

If the time interval passes before reaching the mileage, maintenance must also be completed.

This ensures your fatbike always remains in optimal condition, tailored to your riding habits.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule:

  • 300 km or within 2 months (first inspection)
  • 1,500 km or every 4 months
  • 3,000 km or every 8 months
  • 4,500 km or every 12 months
  • 6,000 km or every 16 months

Planning maintenance on time helps prevent unnecessary repairs and protects your warranty.

What Happens During a Maintenance Service?

During each service appointment, we perform a full inspection and essential maintenance of your fatbike.

Wear & Safety Check

We inspect:

  • Brakes & brake pressure
  • Spoke tension & headset
  • Motor & battery
  • Cables & chainrings
  • Gears & drivetrain
  • Frame & Structure
  • Tires & wheels

Maintenance & Lubrication

We:

  • Lubricate chain & sprockets
  • Maintain cables & derailleur pulleys
  • Clean and re-lubricate essential components

Wear-sensitive parts such as brake pads, tires, and chains are inspected, but replacement costs are not included in the maintenance price.

DIY Maintenance Tips

You can help extend the life of your fatbike by performing simple monthly checks:

Lubricate chain and bolts with dry spray

Degrease the chain regularly

Check tire pressure and suspension

Charge your battery at least once every two weeks

Proper battery care helps maintain optimal range and longevity.*

Keep Your Warranty Valid

Timely maintenance is important to maintain your warranty coverage. By servicing your fatbike regularly and on schedule, you prevent excessive wear and ensure long-term performance.

We recommend scheduling your maintenance at least 3 weeks before reaching your service interval. This gives us sufficient time to plan and perform all necessary checks.

Important Information About Maintenance Packages

  • Maintenance packages are personal and non-transferable when selling the vehicle.
  • Late maintenance can result in unnecessary wear and may affect warranty coverage.
  • Prices exclude replacement parts and accessories not covered within the service package.
  • Environmental disposal fee (€7.50) not included.
